RINA Supercentrifuges are machines with vertical axes and are used in the recovery of solids and the elimination of impurities suspended in liquids, as well as in the separation of two nonmiscible liquids of different densities. For this function it utilizes the effect of centrifugal force by means of different types of suspended cylindrical rotors that spin at a high number of revolutions.
